Hi, I’m Dan, a therapist and holistic practitioner based in Swansea.
I provide calm, supportive counselling for anyone navigating:

Stage Two - Intro Call

We’ll spend 15 minutes together (free of charge) before your first session to talk about what’s on your mind, what you’re hoping for, and how I can support you.

This is where we begin the deeper work, creating a safe and supportive space just for you, helping you move towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.

I use a holistic approach that combines proven therapies with compassionate support. Together, we’ll find the path that'll leave you:​

You don’t have to rush, perform, or pretend here. We focus on small, honest change that creates a life that finally feels like yours.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and costs £50 (online or in-person). There's also the option to book a 6-session Pathway Plan for £275. Check out the Pathways here.


Your booking also includes a complimentary 15-minute Intro Call to help you feel comfortable before we begin.

 

I'm Swansea based, but cover the UK through virtual (remote) appointments.
